Heat a pan add desecated coconut ,&300gm jaggery mix well,cook nicely.
Add green cadamompowder&khoya mix it well.
Cooked till its becomes dry.Off the gas transfer.a plate.
Heat a pan add 700ml.water ,salt &200gm jaggery.
When water boils & jaggery already melted add semolina ,cook on lower fleam.
When all the water dissolved &the dough becomes soft off the gas.
Cool it little.
Take a ball size from dough flate it on your palm stuff the coconut mawa stuffing.Than round it .
Deep-fry the ball.
Suji manda is ready to serve any type of curry.
